Melisa is a qualified teacher and trainer and accredited with QTLS, CertEd, BSc, MOS, MBCS, Advanced ECDLA and is a Microsoft partner. With an extensive portfolio delivering apprenticeships within the 16-19 and adult sectors, Melisa’s specialist areas focus on leadership and management, IT & digital skills, Business Administration, Customer Services and Functional Skills.
Directive Training deliver a range of IT cloud-based training including 365, collaboration, specialist software such as Adobe, Macromedia. Melisa continues to develop her training offering, focusing on a wide range of specialist training including Mental Health, First Aid, Resilience & Conflict Management, Communications Skills, Minute Taking, Report Writing.
So what makes Directive’s approach different? An organisational needs analysis is completed to establish business goals in line with your business strategy. A training needs analysis is also offered to delegates prior to learning. Courses are tailored to the client needs and are flexible around working hours. Course materials are provided as part of the training and a certificate of attendance is supplied to be included in a CPD portfolio.
