L2 Housing and Property Management Assistant
The housing and property management assistant occupation is an entry level role. It is customer facing and primarily responsible for the administrative work needed to support the creation and sustainment of successful tenancies and leaseholds in both social and private housing sectors. This work must comply with contractual, statutory and legal regulations.
L2 Junior Estate Agent
This is a customer-facing role with responsibility for providing the administrative support needed to secure successful property sales. Junior Estate Agents may work in different areas of estate agency, i.e. sales, auctioneering and commercial property. In all cases, they will be required to understand and comply with contractual, statutory and legal restrictions, and client confidentiality. They will be working under supervision within the wider organisation.

L3 Mortgage Adviser

L3 Team Leader / Supervisor

The role involves the management of resources with delegated authority to deliver the business objectives. The work must comply with contractual, statutory and legal regulations.
L5 Coaching Professional
This occupation is found in private, public and third sector national and multinational organisations and employers. It is found in every sector across the country including, for example; the health sector, finance sector, engineering and manufacturing sectors, business and professional services, education sector, retail sector, leisure sector, technology sector and construction.
L5 Operations / Departmental Manager

Continual professional development in this area will ensure that managers can build their confidence, credibility, and showcase their achievements.
